Button Mapper: Remap your keys new update
Certain keys make it easy to assign specific actions to volume buttons, Bixby buttons, or other hardware buttons. Reset the button to launch a custom application, shortcut, or any action with one or long press. Root is not necessary.
Button Mapper can reallocate most buttons, physical buttons and capacities, such as volume buttons, Bixby buttons on Samsung Galaxy devices, capacitive and back startup, and the latest applications on Samsung, ASUS, HTC, OnePlus, Xiaomi and many more. Button Mapper can also reallocate buttons on many game consoles and other peripherals.
Button Mapper doesn't work when the screen turns off unless your device is rooting or you run special adb commands.
Some examples of reallocations you can make using the Button Mapper:
-Press and hold to replace your lamp
- Show ringtone size by default on Android Pie and newer
- Tap Transfer intentions, scripts or special commands from Android
- Press and hold to open the camera and take photos
Double click to start your favorite application or shortcut
- Press and hold the Home button to turn off the screen

Solution to problem:
- For Bixby on non-root devices, make sure Bixby Voice is not disabled
Make sure the Button Mapper is freed from any type of battery optimization, task killer, or other things that can interfere
The power button does not work with buttons on the screen (such as the power button or navigation bar) or the power button.
The options described in the application depend on the keys available on your mobile. Not all phones have a start, back, and latest button!
This application uses accessibility services. Accessibility is used to detect when you press physical or capacitive buttons on your device so that it can be reset to custom actions to meet their needs. Not accustomed to knowing what to write. Button Mapper does not collect or share your personal information with third parties
This application uses device administrator permissions. (BIND_DEVICE_ADMIN)
This permission is used to lock the screen if you choose to disable the screen. If you want to delete this permission, open the Button Mapper, click the menu (three dots in the upper right corner) and select "Uninstall"
